Clayton brings more than 30 years of experience across engineering, construction and project management, with a career spanning civil infrastructure, roads and bridges, dams, waste management, mining and complex containment projects across Australia.
His appointment strengthens Teneo’s operational leadership as the business continues to deliver integrated civil and lining solutions across high-risk, technically demanding environments.
Throughout his career, Clayton has held senior roles across major project delivery, construction management, bid leadership, financial and commercial oversight, procurement and multidisciplinary team coordination. His experience spans roads, stormwater infrastructure, mine bulk earthworks, desalination works, airport infrastructure, dam strengthening, pipelines, bridgeworks and tailings dam construction.
