Our safety culture and that of our customers is of an extremely high standard for all aspects of health and safety. Many of our employees operate heavy equipment, work at height, in high-risk environments and do physically demanding work. We have robust systems and assurance processes in place to manage safety risks for our people, wherever they work.

As a diverse company, our employees are frequently required to work in different environments and manage a range of risks. Everyone at Teneo is responsible for their own safety and the safety of those around them. We employ and actively develop our personnel to not only have the skills to make good decisions, but provide them with an environment that protects against work-related injuries.

We aim to mitigate and manage risks by finding new ways to enhance safety standards. Managers across our businesses are supported by health and safety specialists who provide expert advice, training and tools to put our safety policies into practice.
